Sleeping Beauty

NODA Review

This was a broadly traditional panto with a few twists.  The cast and audience really got into the performance and all played a part in making it an enjoyable evening.  Indeed one of the highlights of the first act was a child who when the audience were asked by the jester if we wanted to hear a joke said “no” and bought the house down.

This was well cast with individual performers well suited to their roles.  It was interesting to see some really accomplished actors who perform well in serious drama productions trying new things and doing them well.
